  1. What is Biz Analyst App?
    Biz Analyst is a mobile application that securely connects to your TallyPrime & Tally ERP 9 * application and gives you real time access to your TallyPrime & Tally ERP 9 * data anytime / anywhere. From Sales, purchase, expenses, reports, dashboard to managing your debtors/creditors or understanding your business trends or getting detailed information by Voucher, Ledger, Item etc., the app gives you everything.
  2. How can I start using the application?
    Just follow 3 steps and you will be done:
    1. Download the desktop app on the PC where your TallyPrime & Tally ERP 9 * is installed
    2. Create your account and select companies you want to see on your mobile
    3. Download the mobile app and sign-in using the same credentials

    Once the setup is complete, data will get synced automatically.
  3. What is minimum requirement to use this application?
    User need following configuration to use this application: TallyPrime & Tally ERP 9 * license software with release 4.7 or above. Mobile device with platform Android or Apple.
  4. Does this application requires TallyPrime & Tally ERP 9 * application running in office?
    This application can work even if your TallyPrime & Tally ERP 9 * application is not running in local computer.
  5. Does the app work without Internet?
    User will need internet connection in mobile device to sync the latest data. Once the data is synced, user can use the app without internet.
  6. How secure is the data?
    The data is encrypted on the desktop app as well as the mobile phones. It can only be accessed by the authorized users through the Android/iOS applicatons. Your data is encrypted at your computer where Biz Analyst sync application is installed and then decrypted on your mobile phone.
  7. Is it subscription based?
    Yes. Pricing plans are for one year subscription. However you can use it for free for 7 days. If you want to use it more you can buy license thereafter.

  9. Can I use this in multiple devices?
    User can see data of same company in multiple device by purchasing additional package.
  10. Can I define access levels for each user?
    Yes, company admin can assign each user with a separate set of access privileges from the app itself.
  11. Am I able to make any entry through this application?
    No. User cannot make or enter any transaction using this application. User will only able to see the reports and charts of their TallyPrime & Tally ERP 9 * data in mobile.
